A proud USF alum, Arthur is responsible for developing the strategic direction of FWC and fostering the growth of our value-added portfolio and natural ingredients. He has served FWC since 2001 after moving to the United States at a young age and receiving his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of South Florida. When he’s not in the office, Art enjoys tennis, soccer, and classic cars.
Chau Dang

Lab Intern
Chau was born and raised in a small town in Vietnam and moved to the United States in 2014. She is currently a senior at USF majoring in Chemistry and plans to graduate in 2022. While interning at FWC, Chau is exposed to our analytical processes, developing new flavors, and applying quality control protocols. When Chau is not in the lab she enjoys going to the beach with her family or watching movies at home.

Production & Operations
Born and raised in Florida, Adam joined FWC in 2015 as our Production Manager. He oversees all processes in the warehouse ranging from general production of flavors and blends to operating the distillers. If something is going on in the warehouse, he knows about it! Adam enjoys the positive environment and small yet efficient team he gets to interact with daily.
Garrett Nevius
Production Technician II
Another Florida native, Garett joined FWC recently and assists Adam with production processes. As his right-hand man, Garett helps with overseeing the warehouse, producing flavor blends and operating the distillers. He enjoys the relaxed working environment and the constantly changing daily tasks. A strong Tampa Bay Lightning fan, Garett likes to attend their games, fishing and golfing.

Production & Logistics Manager
Dylan was born and raised in Florida. After spending multiple years in construction, first as a laborer and eventually in a management position, he sought a new challenge and arrived at Florida Worldwide Citrus. Dylan appreciates the work atmosphere and his colleague's work ethic. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and fishing.

Lab Manager & Technical Sales
A proud USF alum, Steve graduated in 2016 with a degree in chemistry. After completing an internship at FWC, he joined the team full-time in 2017. Steve is responsible for overseeing lab and quality control operations. He has a passion for chemical sciences and developing client relationships. When he is not in the office, he enjoys watching Forensic Files and playing golf.

Production Coordinator
Evan is an integral part of our production team, assisting with the fulfillment of orders. He recently graduated from the University of South Florida and, in addition to serving the family business, owns a fishing charter. Evan enjoys the outdoors, golfing, and boating when he is not in the office.

Founder & Vice President
Original owner and founder of FWC, Jan has over 50 years of experience in the food & beverage industry. Born and raised in The Netherlands, Jan received his degree in Agricultural Science and started FWC in August of 1985. He remains an integral part of the team to this day as he assists in flavor development. Sometimes you will find Jan on the cricket field taking a break from the busy days in the office.

Product Development & Regulatory
After gaining experience in the business world, Matt joined FWC in 2018 and has since been responsible for the development of our products. Matt serves as the link between the warehouse and the office operations and ensures products meet the standards of FWC and our customers. Outside of the office, Matt enjoys playing golf, fishing, and playing the guitar. He likes the team’s “whatever it takes” mentality in getting the job done.
Maggie Weaver

Procurement & Sales
Also a proud USF alum, Maggie started at FWC in 2007 and is responsible for managing procurement and sales from around the world. Born and raised in Lima, Peru, Maggie came to the United States on a college tennis scholarship. She enjoys using her Spanish language skills to build relationships with clients and the small-business environment FWC offers. Outside the office, you may find Maggie enjoying a day at the beach.
